Why do you want us to NOT talk about SMBX.org? Both of these forums are about the same game, so why have another useless rule?

Bc this place is not there so you can cry about being banned or talk shit about it.

Also most of smbx.org should get a more social life, they worry so much when it goes down.... oh wait.

The issue is, none of the banned members cry about it or talk shit about it.

Blueoak wrote:Fair enough, I mean it's something of an instinctive response for people active there. But then you have people who are banned there or just don't like it there and we can't help but notice people treating this place that way despite there being no affiliation.

And I still visit regardless if SMBX.org is down or not. <3

Talking about it/referencing it isn't so much the issue as starting fights over it. If you* seriously want to have input into SMBX.org the most productive way you will ever possibly do that is to take it up with the staff there, preferably politely. This just isn't the place for it.
*(I'm not saying this to any specific person, just generally)

If you want to crosspost stuff from SMBX.org or talk about something happening, like for example when 1.3.0.2 comes out, or even just a link to the next Community Contest, I see no problem with that whatsoever.
For example: The discussion about SMBX.org being down (that occurred in this thread) could have gone into our off-topic discussion thread, or in its own thread in the Other Business forum (depending on the importance of whatever it is). It would function as an informative post for those who don't often visit SMBX.org, so I really wouldn't mind either.

And you think because you can't do that at SMBX.org you can do it here? That's easily the most spam-like content I have ever seen on my entire life, don't you ever do that again.

God is not real... whoops i probably started a war now. But Hawkeyeone did u really had to be your old self again?

Also the most reason it was removed was due all the whiny immature kids.

Jeez, I'm sorry. I just wanted to be humorous.

Not as in the title of my post, though...

Spamming and being humorous are complete different poles though. =P

I have to say I agree with the decision of removing the Reputation Mod, like Joey said it caused more damage than good, people were certainly not ready for such a system, and probably never will simply because of their wish to blame someone or something else other than themselves. Of course, there are those extremely rare occasions where people abuse the system, but I doubt there were that many to begin with.

It's better so. Fake reps did happen, bandwagon downreps, upreps like "good guy". Nah the community won't be ready for it.
