It is a shame I couldn't listen to Fate/Zero's first opening though, I don't feel like going through an episode just to listen to it as well. But I can see so far that all of them are really awesome openings, like I said, awesome Top 5.

Arigatou.

Seems like we feel the same way about Clannad. : > Man but everything in it is just too awesome. When I started it I was totally negative about it. 'A generic romance drama thing', I thought. How naive I was, how I didn't expect it turned out to be the best thing ever.

And GC op1 is great, too. I didn't know what opening to choose because both ops are equal imo, but I ended up taking op2 for the list.

Yeah, your absolutely right about that. It's probably the only anime I've seen that's perfect in every way. I completely love everything there is about it. The characters, the music, the animation, the emotional/heartwarming/heartbreaking moments, the story, the fact that there isn't a single annoying character like there are for a lot of other things that I've seen; it's just perfect. A little more than a year has passed since I finished Clannad After Story, but the feelings that it gave me haven't faded in the slightest. (And they never will).

When I first started to watch it, I had only seen like, five other anime, so my expectations weren't that high. Although, at first I thought the whole drama club idea was kind of lame. But I grew to like the characters so much that I didn't care what the plot was about. I did, though, eventually realize that part about it was awesome, too.

Speaking of such things, I would also like to say that if it hadn't been for you, I probably wouldn't have found it. Well, not necessarily you, but the project that you first posted on SMBR a while back. When I first opened your level Luscious Landscape, I literally cried because the music was so beautiful. I had to know where the source of it came from, so I typed the file name on YouTube and found out that it came from the OST of an anime called Clannad. I saw a few YouTube comments that said it was one of the best things they had watched. So I gave it a try, and as you know, I wasn't disappointed. (^_^)

Both of them are definitely great, but the first one literally blew my mind. It's superior to almost every other opening I've seen in my opinion. Though as I said, I still love the second one.

I didn't stop watching it when I started watching episode 1. I didn't even sleep that night, so despite for the first episodes not being special at all, it kinda got me.

Oh, that's a surprise. Glad I used that theme. And yes, it's amazing. But there are far better tracks Clannad has. I wouldn't even count the one I used to the good Clannad tracks because there are just so many other awesome tracks. I think I might post a thread about Anime OST, but I'm afraid I'm the only one who continuously listens to them.

You are not, I also listen to good anime tracks, although I listen more to Openings than tracks itselves. ^.^

Yes. But it's also what you call a closing, or credits. :P

In Anime it's ending. Just that. Use credits or closings for other movies.

Ah, well okay. I'm not really strict against it. Personally it's a word, which there are other words meaning the same thing. No difference. Anyways, this is going off-topic.

This thread is about favorite openings, not endings.
