There's really no need to archive EVERYTHING. If anything, just archive the forums; archiving the groups and users aren't too important anyways especially considering we don't really delete any of those things.

Archival involves using the raw database dump, and everything is in there. Ergo, removing groups/users from that dump would require more work on my part.
